Really pleased with the additions to my EDC kit. The knife and multi-tool both feel solid, practical and genuinely useful without being over the top. Quality is excellent and everything feels well thought out for everyday carry.

Also really happy with the size of the Lochby — compact enough to carry comfortably every day, but still has enough space to organise everything properly. Feels like the perfect balance between practicality and portability. Great speed on delivery and helped with a paypal payment issue when I called. Thank you muchly

I discovered Heinnie Haynes (HH) kind of by accident, when looking for a specific kind of product. On entering their website, I was amazed at the range of products they have available. Looking further into the company's backstory, I liked what I read. Their ethos is one I admire.

To my experience now:
Any product I browsed had about as much information available as a person could hope for without actually wandering in to a shop and seeing it for one's self. THAT is amazing! All too often online, fussy folk like me aren't offered all the product info we seek, and end up being disappointed with a purchase or avoiding a purchase altogether. Not with HH. To me that shows a proper consideration for the potential customer.
Plus, the stock they carry seems to be products of good quality, from specialist manufacturers.

The ordering process was easy and, to my memory, communication thereafter was swift...as was delivery.

Were I in the market for any of the products that HH carry, I would definitely consider them as a reliable provider.

Yet again the staff at HH just give you that warm and fuzzy feeling of being really appreciated as a customer. The service is second to none, simply put the whole customer service thing is done excellently with a shipping department that is without fail always on top ( if not slightly in front of your order) of the important part of getting out to you. All in all a totally enjoyable experience AAA+

I have a bit of a knife collection problem in that HH have such a wonderful range of knives, clean accurate descriptions and are so easy to order I just can’t stop.

The knife arrived promptly. I could not verify my age but HH must have noticed I was a repeat customer. The hobo knife is good quality, good value for the money. A bit heavy, the spoon and fork are a bit dainty. The 3 pieces do not lock together, as others i have seen do.
