Ich habe vor 3 Monaten mein Hoodie…

Ich habe vor 3 Monaten mein Hoodie Bestellt und es kam nach einem Monat doch leider war mein Hoodie zu Groß daher habe ich es zurückgeschickt und müsste dann daher ein Größe kleiner bekommen leider ist mein Hoodie seit 2 Monaten immer noch nicht angekommen doch dann wurde aus unerklärlichen Gründen die Ware storniert und habe kein Geld noch irgendwas bekommen mein Rat kauft da auf keinen Fall ein bei emails wird nicht geantwortet und bei Instagram das auch nicht NICHT EINKAUFEN

Schlechter Service

Leider war das T-Shirt, das ich bestellt habe, zu groß.
Ich habe den Service kontaktiert, um die Ware zu retournieren, da kein Retoure-Schein im Lieferumfang enthalten war.
Kundenservice - keine Reaktion
mein Geld - weg
das Shirt - immer noch zu groß
ich - enttäuscht.

Kein Geld zurück erhalten

Ich habe eine Retoure zurückgeschickt, die auch laut Sendungsverfolgungsnummer angekommen ist aber nach über einem Monat immer noch nicht bearbeitet wurde. Ich habe bereits eine Mail an den Kundenservice geschickt und ein Ticket erstellt über deren Support Seite. Keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Da fühlt man sich einfach betrogen… :(
Ansonsten war das Paket schnell da und das Shirt an sich auch cool aber einfach eine Nummer zu groß.
