Order never shipped, zero response to contact requests

I placed an order on December 10th, 2025 and paid $10 for 7-10 day shipping. My purchase was never shipped and it’s now Christmas. Logging on to their website shows the order listed as unfulfilled but fully paid for. After multiple attempts to reach their customer support via the contact page form and email, I have never received a single reply. There is no phone number listed.

An interesting note is that my current order ID is 5498 and my first ever order from this company back in 2023 was 5392. Apparently in 2+ years they have only had roughly 100 online orders.

My assumption is that either the company went out of business but never took the website down, or they simply don’t bother to check for online sales since they have so few. My suggestion is to highly avoid this company going forward.

Avoid This Brand – No Delivery, No Response, No Refund

I placed an order (#5479) with Helena Quinn in December, expecting delivery within 7–10 days. It is now 26 Feb 2025, and I have yet to receive my item. Worse, the company has completely ignored my multiple emails and follow-ups regarding the delay.

I have attempted to contact them through customer service, Instagram, and even escalated the matter to Shopify—yet Helena Quinn remains unresponsive. At this point, I have no choice but to warn others: this company takes your money but does not fulfill orders or provide customer support.

If you’re considering purchasing from Helena Quinn, I strongly advise against it. A legitimate business does not ignore paying customers or refuse to process refunds for unshipped items. I will continue escalating this issue until I receive my refund, but in the meantime, I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration.

DOES ANYONE WORK HERE?!

I ordered a robe from this company in 2021. In 2024, I decided to order more robes as Christmas gifts. My card has been charged. It’s been almost 2 weeks and my items haven’t shipped. There’s no way to call the company and they do not respond to emails, internal customer inquiry forms on their website or DMs on Instagram. There is ZERO communication. What the heck is going on with this company?! Is this a scam?

WARNING ⚠️ Order not Shipped. No Customer Service.

I placed an order in August 2023 for silk items. Having used this retailer online before, I felt comfortable using this site and expected to receive my ordered items quickly as I have in the past. However, this time is was very different.

After placing my order, I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged. However, I never did get any follow up that my order was shipped. When I logged into my account weeks later on their site, I saw a tracking number was generated with UPS, but the package was never dropped off with the carrier. I subsequently emailed customer service via the email form provided on their website. After several weeks and no response, I sent another email. No response. I’ve tried to find a phone number for the merchant, but no phone is available. Monitoring the tracking info, there’s no shipment from this vendor. Customer service is worse than terrible. It’s non-existent.

While trying to identify a phone number, I saw multiple people have complained with similar issues not getting their ordered items. Seems I’m not the only one.

I’m not sure what happened to this company, but it appears they are still taking orders they don’t expect to fulfill and are operating fraudulently.
