Items promised, not delivered

I have bought the Replasty age recovery eye night care on 28/11/24.

On 03/12/24 I received the parcel. After I opened it, I realised the eye modelling tool is missing; it's used to apply the eye cream around your eyes. I had even asked their staff on messenger whether the Replasty night eye cream comes with the modelling tool or not before placing my order; they said yes. It also says that it is included on their website. That's the main reason why I placed the order. I read before that some people complained that they didn’t get the tool.

As I didn't get the tool in my parecel, I phoned their customer service; they opened a case for me & said I will hear back from them in 24 to 48 hours.

Until now, I didn’t hear anything. Every time I call or message them, they just ignore it or just say they are working on it. This makes me feels like Helena Rubinstein is a scam. False advertisement.

I really should have trusted those people who complained before.

Yesterday, I phoned them again to ask how to return the order and get my money back, of course, I have to wait until they get back to me with some solutions. Joke! (They are still sending me emails about their products, deals, also mentioning the eyes cream with a tool).

This is an awful company now and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I stumbled uponm a shopping barker that…

I stumbled upon a shopping barker that seemed too good to be true. The website showcased an array of appealing gifts that were supposedly included with each purchase. Intrigued, I proceeded to make my payment, eagerly awaiting the arrival of my order, complete with the promised gifts. Little did I know that my excitement would soon turn into frustration.

Upon receiving my order confirmation email, I noticed that it explicitly mentioned free delivery and return. This added to my anticipation, as it seemed like a cherry on top of an already sweet deal. Armed with screenshots of these promises, I felt confident that I could hold the customer service accountable if any issues were to arise.

Fraudulent helenarubistein.co.uk - beware french scammers

Well, where do we begin? Ordered said it was dispatched (strangely from France) even though it is a co.uk address. Sent by a dubious “delivery” company called IMX where parcel was handed over then disappeared off the radar apparently. Contacted rubinstein- a clerk called stefania apologised “for the delay” with no explanation where the parcel was or when it would arrive. Queries were sent in reply to stefania - never heard back. more queries sent questioning a) why sent from france when they have or pretend to be an english company website, who the dubious imx delivery firm is and where the so elusive stefania is based and when I will receive parcel as there has been no explanation of what happend. Fair and reasonable questions as no refund was offered. Then one day a link to my email address with evri, same thing the parcel has apparently been handed over then a messaged update saying we’re sorry your parcel has been delayed. Again, no explanation where, why and quite frankly not good enough. Had to send two follow up emails to get a receipt of my reply to stefania or the bot (not sure which it is at this point) to which I received an immediate, presumably AI generated email saying they have received my queries and assumingly decide not to answer their customer’s questions who has paid the peodict. Not once offered a valid explanation, a replacement or refund (at this stage I won’t even mention a sincere apology normal or legitimate companies would issue to their patient customer). Ordered 9th of May, no communication, sub standard possibility of a scam or fraudulently operating set up there and is now in the hands of the ombudsman- to which I still have not received a reply either. So, in summary, if you are thinkingnof ordering from helenarubinstein.co.uk - my advice is to stay well away and order from a reputable source or go to Dior. Probably will
Never see my money again from those people or scammers - I will see if the ombudsman can help recover any of it.
