Finally they scam and very smart trick to play everyone emotion. In middle of term they change the plan. Now, multi roi is 0%. So definitely no one earning from multi. But if anyone btc contract and when they reach minimum withdraw limit 50$ now 100$ nice scam trick then again they force to stop withdraw and convert to their own coin helixx coin. and send excuses overseen lap bla bla bla but the main point is there problem is for multi but when anyone earn from btc contract they also not paid us. I think they scam totally or they have no money left to pay us. so, plz dont invest here.

I made three withdrawals and this is what I got.

Why can't they adjust it and pay me the right amount.
Why do the choose where my own funds go?
I was unable to take care of a lived one till I list them to pneumonia just because I didn't have money to go visit them and take proper care of them.
This is clearly now a scam. This is the third time this is happening and I will be informing the fraud police regarding this. I'm so disappointed. How much do I earn to have people cheat me like this. Anyone that invests in this company should prepare to lose all. HLX token is found no where and don't see why they should hold my funds on a useless token.

Do not trap in this scam. I have invested $1000 one year "Multi contract" with prospect RIO of 274% I kept re-investing all the paid money for 4 month. So, I have now many contacts (around 52) each around $20-$25.But then Helixxmine changed their mind and Multi contract is now has an ROI of 19% and they are asking me to pay $20 dollar per contract to transfer them to a different contract. So, technically I should pay 52*$20=$1100 to change my contracts. And then earn much less than my initial investment, so ridiculous. They changed the contract in the middle of it, however, as a respected company they should be committed to what they have signed but this company does not know anything about customer satisfactions. Do not waste your hard earned money.
I hope they change their manner and return our money to get a better review, but for now I flag them as a real scam.

Im so sad, before i can withdraw my balance i need to transfer my Multi earnings to BTC so i can withdraw it. When i transfer it i need to wait 20 days before they can transfer it. Iam happy they have transfer it to my BTC earning. I requested a withdraw yesterday and this is what they reply. :(.

For now I think Helixxmine is SCAM.
I invested over 350$ and my wife a similar quantity. I couldn't get any withdraw and all they say is blablabla
Luckily I could stop at time two important friend's investements.

First when I signed on, to wihtdrow was $8 for Bitcoins and $5 for Etherium, after Helixmine change to $250 and then to $50. I made a wihtdrow of more than $58, to Payee, wihtdrow that I never reiceved.
After I sent a few e-mails without answear, finaly I received an e-mail saying that Helixmine invested the money in Helix coin. I think thats not the way things should work.
If I wanted to invest on Helix coin, I would do it my self.

For almost a month, he has not paid any.
Do not waste your money.
They are scam.
For more than 3 weeks, they do not pay and all the percentages are down.
They only promise.

I became a member of the capital of more than $ 2,000 almost four months ago.
I also introduced more than 5 friends and relatives. And each of them invested at least $ 500.
We had no trouble paying for the first three months. But since about a month has passed, neither of us has even paid a single cent.
We sent email more than 50 times. But each time the support team responded, it will be paid soon.

Very satisfied with helixxmine, withdrawals paid no problem and fast. Payment options are useful too, better than most others and no hidden fees like Genesis and Hashflare.

Everything was fine for a long time but then suddenly one transaction got delayed. At first it was okay and I patiently waited. Sent them a couple of e-mails which were answered relatively fast. Then as more time started to pass by and nothing seemed to happen with my transaction I contacted them again but didn't get any reply at all. I made the transaction in January and the last time I contacted them asking about the situation was about a month ago and I still haven't received a reply nor the funds. I contacted them again just now but am not too hopeful about getting a reply or my money.

There have been zero explanations as to why there are these issues in the transactions nor apologies for the issues. I only keep getting stupid discount codes and then now the latest newsletter about how they won't work during the weekends anymore and other shady stuff.

I have been patient and some time ago I still had some hope that maybe they are just having some temporary issues but now I'm getting more & more confident that they don't really give a damn and are just trying to keep the circus running as long as they can so they can make a lot of money before disappearing into thin air.

I recommend staying far away from this company.

UPDATE/March 27th:

I wrote this review some time ago but wanted to give an update as to how the situation has developed.

First I got an e-mail that probably everyone got telling how the Multi contracts have suffered a "quite a heavy drop" in recent weeks. According to them this is due to other mining companies starting to use same kind of algorithm systems and this has resulted in a sudden jump in mining difficulty. Ok.

So they have now created new contracts and suggest that people transfer their Multi contracts to these new ones so they can carry on having the same kind of earnings as before.

After receiving this e-mail, I got a long e-mail from Helixx telling me how the issues I've had during the past 3 months with my transactions (not being able to receive any money) are because there has been an "unforeseen overlap" within my account. According to them, the earnings accrued on my account were not in accordance with what was produced by my mining machine. They told me that as a gesture of good faith they will be moving my withdrawal (only one? I have at least three pending transactions) onto one of their new contracts.

For the past three months they have been telling me that my transactions will be processed "soon" or "asap". But now they got back to me with this. I still haven't received any answers as to when I can actually expect to receive funds from my transactions or information on what my account has actually made if there really has been some kind of mistake, miscalculation or whatever in their end. I continue to have more questions than answers. I'm glad that at least they've been communicating with me but my trust will not be regained until I've been able to make a successful withdrawal. They keep giving out discount codes and suggest people to invest their earnings to the other contracts but I'm not interested in that. I just want to actually receive some of these earnings. At this point the earnings seem to be some kind of imaginary money.

And to the people who are happy with this company and are having zero problems - I really wish I could say the same. I'm not an advocate for any competitor and couldn't even name one. These are my honest, unbiased experiences with this company and I would like nothing more than to one day update my review to a more positive one.

UPDATE/ April 9th
Since receiving the e-mail mentioned before I have sent Helixx a total of 8 e-mails, all of which have gone unanswered. All of my transactions are still pending. I made a new one a couple of days ago and instead of an confirmation e-mail I received exactly the same e-mail I did before. The only difference was the title. They have failed to give me any answers to my questions regarding what is going on with my account/contract, what is the actual sum it has made during this time (if they know that what the site says my contract has earned is not actually what is has earned, then they should be able to tell me what is the actual sum, right?!) and I continue to become more and more confident that I will never receive anything from them again.

Seems some strange recent poor reviews, personally everything for me is perfect and I still get my payouts, I can only assume the guys have some competitors making false reviews. Good luck guys!

Total Ponzi. They claim with 10TH/s (10000 GH/s) you can make around $103 per month. The truth is, this hash power will only generate about $1.45/day or about $43.35/mo - AND THAT'S WITHOUT FACTORING IN POWER, INTERNET AND OTHER EXPENSES.
Stay away from these guys. Do the math....
