I’ve had my Helliot Arizona fatbike since May 2020 and absolutely love it. I’ve replaced a few parts but in all fairness it’s expected as I rode it every day for around 18 months, just weekend now and still going strong. It’s great to ride and looks awesome with a few custom color coordinated accessories even draws small crowds when I park it sometimes.
Would definitely buy another

Very low quality bikes.

The back break never worked since the wheel and the break were never aligned.

Started rusting super quickly.

The cassette got crooked with a simple drop.

Used it only for 6 months before retiring it.

2 starts instead of two because it was quite cheap, convenient and could ride fast.

I ordered a bike on this website 5 days ago.I have yet to receive any information about my order,no confirmation e-mail,no delivery date,nobody is replying to my questions on their website chat.I have also tried via e-mail,yet i still can't get in touch with them.Don't waste your money here,you'll either get broken products as seen in other reviews here,or you'll get nothing.Worst purchase i have ever made.This website should be shut down.

Bought bike on line in Spain and it arrived fully assembled except for pedals 3 days after ordering it. Well packed and everything there, up and running within 20 mins.
Build quality appears very good but time will tell.
Dealt with customer service via email and response was excellent, all questions and concerns answered very quickly.
Love it so far but only ridden it for a short period, looking forward to using it a lot more when I am back in March.

I did not like the bicycle at all, it is made with very low quality materials, the gear sprockets and the chainrings are real garbage, and the rest of the components of the bicycle are of very poor quality. In addition, there is no customer service telephone number in Spain where you can call to complain.

Go and search a bike in another place.

I had problems in the package, the fork arrive wrong, and the rear derailleur incrusted on the back tire, they send me a fork "new fork"... because was short and with glue and paper from some sticker they had put on this, and called me to go to a specialiced store so this could be better, in the store right i came with the bike they told me is a cheap scam, in good words, and told me i was about to expend a lot more money to change what is really wrong with the bike.... i already spend 300€, for a "cheat" oh... sorry cheap bike so.... i prefer to give up, because the aluminun of the bike was really soft.... i never see an aluminun like that even in windows.... so
GO ANOTHER PLACE THIS PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK, when all came wrong from the begining.

I bought a folding bike Hummer 01 and I recommend it 100%. Good ratio price/quality, really comfortable and useful as mean of transport for the city.

Awful! The customer service is deliberately bad!
I ordered a fixie brooklyn,Selected the colour only to be told that the colour I wanted was out of stock.
The bike arrived with dusty wheels!! When I complained the WhatsApp person ignored me.
I was told that it wasn't dust.
I took the bike to be assembled at decathlon only for them to tell me the bike was basically very poor quality.
My friend loved the look of it and despite my warning went to purchase one.
They did the exact same thing!
Took the order then informed her that the colour was out of stock so to pick another.

They are scammers! Absolutely awful customer service!

Notice how they have only responded to the good reviews but not responded to any of the complaints.
Do not buy from this company their goods and customer service is awful!!!!!

This company is the worst experience I have had in my life. I bought two bikes 2 years ago and one of them felt apart in first 20 minutes. Also, the quality of bikes was awful. They showed a high quality bike (famous brand) in their ads but the bikes I received were something else and very low quality. Then They told me return back the bikes and I did this by my own cost. After they received the bikes they did not answered my calls and emails and after 2 years they have not called me at all. Now, I opened a case in court against them. They have no moral. Please don't do that. They are awful.

My experience was great. The process since the selection of the product, to the payment and receival of my purchased item was very smooth. The delivery was very fast and the product arrived in perfect conditions.

Very good experience, received my bike in a very short time and very happy with the price and process.

Just bought my new bike on helliot bikes and it was easy and super fast to get it. For sure i will buy another one here.

Fast delivery, quick response from customer service. Really great product. Love my fat bike.

This is a long review but if your considering buying from Helliot give it a read.

TL:DR - Bought a scooter, didn't work, ask for refund, gave me wrong address, claimed they didn't get the scooter, had to go through the bank the get the money back.

I decided to "cheap" out and buy a helliot e-scooter, when it arrived I charged it up and went for a ride within 20 seconds the scooter lost all power and didn't move, I just assumed as it wasn't charged for a while that's why it lost charge.

I charged the scooter up for around 6-7 hours then tried it again and the same thing was happening so after a week of constant charging and the scooter dying on me I decided I wanted my money back, after emailing them video evidence that my scooter was clearly not working they told me to send it back to them if I paid for the return.

I tried to find their return address to send the scooter to but I couldn't find it so I emailed them and they sent me their address after weeks of emails. The scooter was shipped and signed for but the address they sent me was for a closed company called Fitness Innovation S.L, I emailed them proof of the scooter being dispatched by DPD and I sent them a tracking number with a link and they were saying the link that DPD sent me wasn't working.

I emailed them asking when will I receive my money back they responded "We are not aware of having received it. Do you have a tracking number and transport agency to see the status of the shipment?" at this point I was sick of them messing me about and them being rude about it for 3 weeks I told them to shove it.

I had to take it through my bank and with all my evidence Halifax decided it was a scam and refunded all my money after an investigation that took an extra month.

My husband and I we have both an e-scooter from Helliot. We are getting used to this fabulous way of movement. It is beautiful to ride when the sun is shining.

I purchased a bike from this company, 4 weeks ago, ive heard nothing from them since! I've emailed them to ask for a refund but they never reply, I live in the UK so can't just pop in to confront them!!!! Disgusting Company with terrible customer service!!!!

Bought this bike 2 years ago to rep lace stolen one.
Decided to get a pro to assemble it for me and added some height extending bits as am 6ft+.
Really happy with bike. Rides well and folds up so can put with my wife's folding bike on back seat.
Did not want to pay a fortune and recommend this for a good value mountain bike

I bought a bike on Helliot on 15 July 2021, which was delivered with the front tyre and disc damaged , several scratches and loss of paints on the bicycle . The company wouldn’t accept return for bicycle that’s been unpacked and assembled, but how would you know if it works perfectly well without assembling it ? After several emails , there’s been no response , I requested replacements of damaged areas , but the company decided to stop responding to my emails . If you care about your fund ,positive energy and time , do not purchase any of their bikes or accessories. They are sub standards and looks so cheap , with very poor finishing. They are way different from what you see on the edited pictures posted on the website . It is a complete scam and they only care about taking your money. They stopped responding to my emails without caring about the state of the bicycle, my state of mind. Be warned , think twice before purchasing any of their products. I got completely screwed and sad 😞
I had to buy another bicycle from a different shop, which was great and excellent (Bikester). Helliot is a cheap site selling substandard products.I had to sell the substandard bicycle online for a give away price . I wish I could give less than a ⭐️ rating . Once again , do not think of buying on there . Save your money and your peace of mind ☮️ Helliot bikes are rubbish
