I ordered from UK website then after 20 days found my order was coming from USA and was held up in US postal system.
Eventually order arrived after 52 days (35 working days). Not good, as I couldn't wait any longer so had to buy from elsewhere.
Batteries never arrived. After waiting the prescribed 15 working days I contacted them and just got a cut-n-paste reply telling me it can take up to 15 days and to wait longer. A subsequent email got no reply.
Had to claim my money back from Paypal.
