Used them to book a trip to Auschwitz - Birkenau and was pleased with the entire process. I was kept informed, the bus was clean and comfortable too. I would recommend them.

Easy to contact. Quick replies. Picked up on time. Kept informed about what was going to happen when arriving at camp. Very smooth and easy trip.

Booked two trips through Airbnb with Hello Cracow. Salt mines & Auschwitz. Both very interesting & would recommend. We had Michal as our driver & the service was excellent & price cheaper than through the travel company I'd used. Only downside I thought was the early pick up for Auschwitz but in the end turned out to be a blessing, because by the time we got back to Krakow it'd given us more time to explore the city.

Patrick was polite and informative. The Aushwitz guide was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. I recommend this tour! We will be visiting again!

Our trip to Auschwitz was superbly arranged and both Patrick our driver and the guide at the museum were highly professional and very informative. I was most impressed with the contact before the trip, updating times and all necessary information. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to auschwitz. Organisation was spot on. We had a lovely driver who also did did our tour guide. His knowledge of the history was non the less brilliant. We felt safe with his driving. Would highly recommend your company and if I was asked who to book with, you'd come top. The communication before the tour was also great, through WhatsApp

Really enjoyed our time with this tour company who arranged our trip to Auschwitz. An excellent guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Lovely quality transport to and from the venue. Highly recommended.

Booked Auswitch through HelloCracow as it was recommended by a friend who used them. I cannot fault them in anyway at all - great communication throughout. I was worried that it would be an early start, but thankfully the pick up wasn't until 11am which suited me and my wife. The driver and the person that checked you all in (can't remember names) were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed before the tour. Because of this we also Booked the river cruise through them (cheaper than booking direct) and can't fault them for this either...even if it was knly 45 mins long. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great company, great prices, always kept in touch and offered other trips and also add ons for the one I booked such as packed lunch. Auschwitz was a fantastic tour and one I shall not forget

The tour was very well organized. The English-speaking guide in Auschwitz (Helenka?) was particularly professional and had a wealth of knowledge, which she conveyed in a very impressive and sensitive manner in excellent English. We booked at short notice the day before. We brought a picnic with us, which we could leave on the bus and eat during the break.

I booked this trip for myself and daughter to Auchwitz and Birkenow. Communication was very good. Although i selected a later pick up was told it was earlier due to issues at the camp. Apart from that everything was great.

We used Hello Cracow for our trips to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines 23rd & 24th February 2026. We highly recommend this tour operator. The drivers Bogdan & Marcin were very prompt & courteous and Patrycja kept us constantly updated on times & arrangements via WhatsApp.

Excellent company for booking guided tours with pick up also from hotel and back! They keep you updated with pick up times and you are not waiting around. Staff are also friendly and give you the correct instructions on meeting points so you are not confused. The guided tour was amazing great facts about the history of auschwitz. Would use this company again for other tours. Thank you!! 👍🏻

Friendly and skilled driver. Well organized

I booked through Viator as I have many times before and the local guide hellocracow was in constant contact before the trip through what's app letting us know what the agenda was for our trip and exactly what was happening, we had a fantastic local bus driver and a very informative tour guide for Aushwitz day trip. I would recommend this tour , we were very well looked after all day

We visited Aushwitz today 18 feb and had changed the original booking with another company due to terrible reviews and wow !! wish we had had this company as our first choice!! From the start of our booking we were kept informed all the way and no question asked was any trouble . Hubert was our lead today and he was outstanding with his knowledge and spoke English very well .We were told all the time what was happening regarding entry etc
Pick up was spot on and very punctual . Coach driver was also good 👍🏻 . Our guide at Aushwitz was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic company for excursions, we booked them twice for our trips one was to the thermal baths and then to Auschwitz-Birkenau both times the communication was excellent kept us informed both drivers were amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable absolute 5 star ⭐ service

We booked auschwitz and salt mines through the hellocracow website and the response was very quick in which they asked did we want to organise everything through whatsapp which made everything easier with an option to have the driver bring a packed lunch for us. Daniel was our driver for auschwitz and was very friendly and helpful to everyone. After auschwitz we were brought back to krakow got an hour break and then collected by alex to bring us salt mines who was also friendly and very helpful. We were given a time for both collections and both drivers were on time with no delay. I would highly reccomend using hellocracow as our experience was 5 stars.

We booked the Auschwitz trip via GYG. We selected and paid for a specific time slot as aware some companies change times. Definitely worth it as mo changes in times for us. Excellent communication via WhatsApp by #HelloCracow. Answered queries timeously. Exact details sent days before trip. Opportunity given to purchase lunch box at this time which I would recommend if not taking your own food/drinks as limited time to purchase during the trip. Pick up as scheduled and tickets, with our names, given out on bus trip there. Friendly informative guides. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.
