Good deliveries, good packaging, really good food although sometimes they have bland dishes that could use better seasonings because they do have really good seasonings for some dishes but all in all good service and good food although I wish they wouldn’t send me fish and cheesy dishes when I forget to pick my meals I never pick fish or cheesy dishes and I thought by now that there would be and AI organizer that could figure out that I never choose fish so let’s not send this guy fish and cheesy dishes when he forgets to choose his meals. Every meal has been good, but none have wowed me. That may be the chefs fault. Most of the recipes are very busy. May need multiple people cooking to do it in the advertised time. The delivery range is a bit wide but not the end of the world. Other than that everythings fine. Love that theres different meals every week and every meal has been pretty good so far.

Meals are getting smaller portion wise and plenty of weeks the meat is not sealed properly and leaks.

So many of the items were expired, package was ruined or they were missing

Haven't had a bad meal. All very tasty. Delivery is quick and on time. Makes planning the weekly meals easy.

1st week reciepes were fantastic and so easy to make

First box I got was okay, no missing items, no rotten food or issues.

Second box had rotten spinach for the salad. The pork chops packaging opened and leaked all over everything and being pregnant I did not want to risk salmonella so the whole box had to be thrown out and the garlic bread packaging was open as well. There packaging sucks. Coconut milk cans were all dented.

Third box I get home from work and it’s not at my front or back door. Go onto the app and it says delivery unavailable please call us. So now I have no dinners for tonight or the whole week. Called them and they said the driver lost our box ??? Not sure how that happens. and why did I have to call them to find that out. They never notified me at all. Now I need to go meal prep and grocery shopping for the week , complete inconvenience.

Cancelled after that.

Great value, easy to follow instructions, and quality ingredients. Delivery dates are flexible and you are able to skip weeks. I am learning to cook healthy meals for my family. I often get compliments on the dish choice and the flavour palettes. One time to note: The suggested cooking time is usually double for me as I am newer chef (ie. a 20 minute recipe takes me 40 minutes).

Hello Fresh has an easy to navigate app to make weekly selections simple. The food has been delicious and always fresh. The ease of planning meals has helped me be more available for evening activities with the family. Allowing us to try different recipes we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Delivery is always on time and the service has been excellent.

The meals are excellent, easy and quick to prepare.

My delivery method does not work for me. I have to take time off work and drive 42km to go pick up my Hello Fresh order, every week. I think I’m going to have to cancel my membership.

We are new customers, but so far have thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service is great, and it's so nice to not have to worry about a couple of dinners each week. Thank you, Hello Fresh, for making life a little less chaotic for us!

Food was not good, not filling and it is too much at full retail price. Without discounts I will be canceling likely

Not enough vegan/fully plant based options. Most veggie recipes include cheese or other forms of dairy... Choices for purely vegan (no meat, no eggs and no dairy) are limited. Most recipes are too similar. You get tacos or a rice bowl and those are pretty much your ownly vegan options on a weekly basis...

I’ve been so happy since I started receiving my boxes. I’ve really been enjoying cooking more, spending less time on grocery shopping, and wasting less food. Saving money by dining out less has been a great bonus.

There are lost of meals to choose from for almost any diatry needs. Easy to use. The food is usually good and super fast to make. Just choose your meals and when you want them and your food shows up at your door ready portioned and ready to be made.

I have been very pleased with the delivery, quality and accuracy of my orders. The recipes have been quite tasty. I am pleased with the decision to order these.

2 orders in a row now have had incorrect delivery cancellation information. Last week the website said my delivery "Failed" and will not arrive yet the delivery still came. This week the website says "Delivery unsuccessful" but after calling (again) I was told the delivery was fine.

there seems to be some issues with the website when compared to the delivery service and call center.
