Delayed box caused issues

Overall, I enjoy the box I think it’s a good way to have meals that come together nicely and actually helps with cooking and having a few ideas even without getting the box. The one concern I had was during the winter months. One of the box got cancelled and I work on the road every few days so I select my Delivery days on days that I’m home and working from this area the day got cancelled and they delivered the next day when I was on the road for a couple days. It was outside in the cold and froze solid when I returned the goods I ate as much as I could, but I had to throw a lot of it out because I was unsure about the meats and such I would’ve delayed my delivery however it said it was already delivered. I called in and they told me I couldn’t change the delivery so I felt like I wasted that entire box due to the change of weather again I know it was Purolator and not your team and had no had no control however I was talking with a representative on the phone and they didn’t really seem to care so anyway I was a little bit disappointed overall though when the product arrives on time and I get it it’s a great product however I got a little bit of a sour taste from that one cancellation due to snow and then delivered on a date that I wasn’t present and arrived home with the whole box completely frozen

Variety of Delicious Meals

The food is delicious. There are so many options to choose from. Dietary restrictions are met when needed. Food is not wasted because you get exactly what is needed to complete each meal. I find the recipes very easy to follow.

Goodbye Rotten

You lie straight to my face. The food is rotten half of the time and the last cream recall made me and my kid sick because you sent the notice out days after the items arrived to me. So not only will I never use your service again but you will hear from my lawyer as well. So please do not contact me again in any form what so ever.

Hello Fresh is great!

Hello Fresh has made my life so much easier. It’s like having an assistant… to plan the meals, get the recipes, buy the groceries and portion everything out. That’s worth it to me. I love that the app is easy to use. If we’re ever planning to be away we can skip a few weeks or a long as we need. Every meal we’ve had has been excellent!

I know you have been hearing this for years but the packaging is enough to make me stop soon. The meals are really good but the guilt is doing me in. Also, I am sure a lot of your customers are single as singles don't cook as much and it is way too much. Why not send a 3 and then 2 and 3...package?

first attempt

first attempt , my box was delivered to the wrong adresse, now when i try going on the app to change meals it wont let me add or save, it has been extremely frustrating trying to atart this process

The veg wasnt fresh

The veg wasnt fresh, especially peppers. They were soft not nice and crisp. Not loving the instructions, a little tough to keep up with. The meals are good though.

Missing items

The 1st order was great. The 2nd I misplaced a recipe card. Took talking to 3 agents to finally get. (My turn to apologize, I found it later stuck to one of the other cards). 2nd order, the pecan-crusted honey-dijon chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans was missing the cream. I was ok to substitute with milk. The linguine and bacon in blush sauce was missing the parmesan cheese, thankfully I have my own. Now this order the beef burgers and Greek salad is missing the feta cheese. I'm about to go and report the missing ingredient for this one. Hopefully they are able to get it here before I plan to make hamburgers

Far too much food

Far too much food. How can I cancel my subscription? The food is fine but far too much for a senior. Perhaps in the future you can modify the amount for those of us who have smaller appetites.
