Why i won't be a long time customer
I found many recipes i likes and quality was great. I did not feel like a valued customer. After you sign up and receive coupons for even small amounts off your box, the only other benefit is if you convince your friends and family to order. It ends up making you feel like your part of a scam instead of feeling valued for being a continued customer. Most companies (grocery stores and retailers) offer some incentive to keep you coming back becuase you feel like you are getting something for returning and like your business is valued. I am planning on closing my account.

Surprisingly Dissatisfied
This week’s order was really disappointing. I have to give a negative review for the first time. I’ll never order chicken tenders again as they were full of tendons that I had to cut out. The veggies were limp and not plentiful. I had to go out and buy a fresh shallot and some baby bok choy. Hopefully just an off week! Normally quite happy.

Food is good and plentiful
Food is good and plentiful. We ordered 3 days of meal's for two persons(6 meals). Love the taste, however once in a while you will need some herbs or spice to adjust flavour to your taste. Easy to order and comes with all ingredients to get you cooking. No leftovers or too much product going to waste because grocery stores only sell the bunches and not the exact amount needed.

Deliveries are late or never make it.
Make the deliveries on time and to the correct address. That should be the easiest part of the whole process. This was supposed to save me time during tax season while still eating healthy and it has cost me more time to deal with you guys then if I would have just done the shopping on my own. I have only had a couple of these deliveries actually happen correctly.

Delicious , easy recipes
Love the fact that I can adjust my orders and change my menu and not have to worry about( to much) about having to discard food that has spoiled. Bonus no wasted food or $$$. Portions are plentiful we never leave the table wanting more.

Convinenent but poor quality product
I love the idea and convenience of Hello Fresh but unfortunately I've had a lot of issues with freshness of produce and leaking packages of chicken. For costing around $50 per day for meals for 4 the quality is not worth the price.

I don’t like that we can not buy 1 or 2 a week. Or for 1 person.
Vegetarian right now is having a lot of mushroom .
I would different grains ,rice etc in vegetarian.
Like the quickness of meal and they look good.

First box only had french instructions.
Both boxes were pasta meals that don't cost much to get groceries for, but I was charged almost $80 per box. Over $10 per plate for homemade pasta?
I'm only working part time, these meals are really expensive, and I can only get them once in a while for a "treat".
