NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ME.

NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ME.
The provider was more interested in finding reasons not to help me, than to help me. I have terrible lifelong insomnia, I am traveling on business for the next month, and I know what medicine has worked for me for a long time. The provider would not prescribe me the prescription I needed. THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT USE KLARITY! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Tara is the best

Tara is the best! She is kind, empathetic and takes the time to actually get to know you as a person/individual. She takes the time to actually research and provide information beyond the scope of the bold print. I would recommend her to everyone and feel like I’ve known her forever because that’s the energy she has. Love love love her!

My appointments with Dr.Timbs have been very thorough, all questions and concerns addressed & efficient. He reviews all details and makes sure that I voice complete understanding of the information we discuss including all options that pertain to my specific needs and realistic goals & expectations for best outcome of what I can or want to achieve. Dr. Timbs is above and beyond exceptional in his knowledgeable in his scope of practice and I am 100% satisfied with his treatment he has been providing me. 5 star rating DR GUFORD…

The 5 star rating is for Dr Benjamin Gudorf --He is absolutely THE best Dr! I say that with several experiences for years. He is very knowledgeable, considerate, active listener, and treats based on a thorough interaction....engaged, caring, and deserves more than 5 stars! He is quick to respond as I have had a few crisis situations and he has always been there. I am lucky to have found him and continue treatment.
For Klarity-prior to Dr. G I did not have pleasant experiences. I will not dive into it. The platform is great for finding an amazing Dr. like Dr. Guford. I have, though, had several challenges with Klarity and billing errors they refuse to fix. I have moved on from that after I found Dr. G. It's worth it!

SCAM & FRAUD - LAURIE FOLEY

On 2/22/26, I set an appointment to talk to one of Klarity's providers, I chose LAURIE FOLEY because her profile came up on top and she seemed ok. The website states it charges a $10 deposit and the rest of the $39 will be charged after the appointment. That didn't happen, it charged me the full $49 from the date I set the appointment, which was 2/22/26, as you can see from the invoice.
I moved on had the 15min session with LAURIE on 2/23/26, but all LAURIE FOLEY would mention is that she "HATES" insurance and doesn't like going through them, she prefers out of pocket payers and the $49 feel will occur again when I meet with her monthly, and that's how she makes her money, she said. I had set a plan with her to try the semiglutitide, Wegovy to go through my insurance, since they will cover it. She wasn't happy, but said she'll submit the prescription to the Pharmacy I had on file and she'll take care of the prior auth needed when it comes through. I called the pharmacy the next day 2/24, since Laurie said she would submit the Rx immediately, but still to this day, 3/6/26, she has not submitted anything to the Rx to start the insurance process. I messaged her on chat 3x and this week asked her to follow up, I received an email that she responded, but instead it showed she had deleted all of our messages in the chat, so that there was no papertrail of me reaching out to her.
She is a scam, didn't have her camera on, charged me before the session was had, won't respond now and did not submit anything to my pharmacy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT AND IT'S PROVIDERS ARE SCAMMERS & FRAUDULENT

Lacks customer service and refuses to refund your money

Klarity health is a great concept for people like me who don’t have insurance. However the customer service is AWFUL. I have been emailing so many times in the last few months regarding them charging me for 2 appointments that I was told I was reimbursed for but they only reimbursed one of the two. On top of that I showed them my invoice and my banking account deposits which clearly show I never received it and they either ignore me or say we put a ticket in for you. Two months ago and no response. It’s frustrating because my doctor is fantastic, always on time, flexible and my life has changed significantly for the better since seeing him. I do not trust the platform but I love my doctor. I just wish I could see him outside of this app because they refuse to refund me whay I am owed and I now do not recommend them at all. Find a company with good customer service.

This might be the single worst…

This might be the single worst experience Ive had with a company. Booked a appt, when trying to set up in patient portel wouldnt send me a link to phone. You cant talk to customer service, theres always a voice mail, you email and no response. I missed my appt because dr couldnt connect and they charged my card already. Cant get a hold of anyone. Great experience when you need to talk to a provider and cant

I had a truly great experience!

I had an great experience. Andrew was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful & professional.
I've been on TRT for 10 years. I needed to renew my prescription but the provider i newly switched to, to my surprise, doesn't recognize TRT as a medical issue.
I was shocked how much Andrew knew, not just about TRT, but metabolic health science.
He asked me more questions, making sure the TRT wouldn't be harmful to me, than Men's Health Clinic (where I first stated TRT) and my previous primary care physician who gave me my last prescription.
Don't have any reservations about the low price. I'm confident it won't stay that way for long. I can see him getting vert busy, forcing him to raise prices due to demand.
If Andrew covers the medical issue your dealing with, don't hesitate, Book him. You will be happy you did.

FYI. This is not a commercial. I mean every word. I rarely spend this much time or thought on a review but he deserved it.

By far the best online provider!

By far the best online and/or tele-health experience I’ve ever had. The doctors office was in contact immediately and I was given a phone number for any questions I could have before the tele-health appt. I’d had a lot of trouble finding a local psychiatrist that was taking new patients in less than 6 months. I booked an appointment and my previously diagnosed condition was evaluated by the doctor, confirmed and I started treatment the next business day. Thanks so much Klarity and Dr. E!🙏
