Do not use this company! I utilized them when I was in need of an antibiotic. They did complete the service, however, I attempted to cancel the membership a month later. The link was not working so I sent a message directly and was assured that my cancellation request was being passed along. Fast forward to eight months later, I notice they have been charging me the full $39.99 monthly membership for the entire time (over $300!). I contacted them with the proof of the email showing that I had cancelled and they pretty much through their hands in the air and said, "sorry for the confusion," but no refund. I understand that mistakes happen, however, when a company refuses to make something right when they clearly have taken money that wasn't theirs, their integrity is compromised and I certainly would NOT trust them with my health. There are plenty of other choices for this type of care and I would recommend choosing one of those instead.

Terrible service. They advertise unlimited 24/7 Teledoc appointments. However, when you try to register to make an appointment you can’t because they haven’t provided Teledoc with your information. I did a chat with them and was told to give it 2-4 hours! 20 hours later, i still cant make an appointment. Tried calling and there’s no help and no way to make an appointment.

Took my money and refuse to give it back. I have never used this service and don't want to use it. All I want is my money back!!

Total scam , stole my money and never got to set up a password

Fake. Stole my money and never gave me a password. Contacted customer service for a refund and got no response. Turned into the proper authorities. Absolutely a scam. Police have been contacted and a report was taken for credit card theft.
