Very reliable, sorted out the boiler at my elderly Mums house on a fast call Out & charges were reasonable, will use again!!

I have used Martin twice and both times I was very pleased with his curteous and quick service.

I've used Martin on several occasions now. Each time I have received top class honest service.
I have just had to call him out to our boiler which had stopped working. He managed to get it going but advised that the unit was on it's last legs. He gave me a competitive quote to replace the existing boiler with a modern state of the art efficient Baxi unit. Within the same week the new boiler was installed & what a difference.
I would not hesitate to recommend Helpful Plumber. An honest reliable job carried out again.

We recently contacted Helpful Plumber for a quote to install a complete new boiler and heating system including radiators for a house we are renovating.
I was seriously amazed at the price we were quoted compared to other quotes we had.
Martin came and what a delightful chap, complete trust and confidence in his ability from the word go.

I am absolutely thrilled with the finished system, could not have been any better.

Gave helpful plumber a call to quote for a complete new bathroom installation as our current layout just wasn't practical, nor did it make good use of the space we had.
Martin came out to see me, quoted promptly - which I was happy to accept and booked me in the diary.
I discussed through my requirements and martin came up with the contemporary design I was after.... to which i was happy to leave the rest to him.
I am absolutely over the moon with the finished product. (You were right to swap the bath under the window and take out the old airing cupboard - I'm glad I took your advice).
I have since recommended Martin to 3 work colleagues, my sister and mother and father in-law.
All have which come back with the same glowing report for the service they received....... as did I!!

We have been using Helpful Plumber [AKA Martin] for over 8 years. He was recommended to us and for that we are eternally grateful. In the past 8 years we have completely refurbished and extended our home and Martin has in that time completed the following; 3 new full bathrooms, relocation & fitting a new boiler, changed all existing & added several radiators, annual servicing and numerous other plumbing jobs. So why have we stayed with Martin? Simple really; his consistent & absolute quality of work (including his tiler), complete honesty and expert guidance. We have discussed each project with him and his advice and suggestions have ensured that each project has gone as smoothly as possible. Couple all this with him being a genuine top chap, what’s not to recommend?

Can't fault Martin for speed, friendliness, price or service. When my boiler kept dishcharging itself through the pressure release valve he tested it to find out the real cause, replaced the valve and pressure gauge and left us with a nice warm house again. And while he was here he quickly fixed a problem with a toilet ball valve that was causing the pipes to moan whenever the cistern was filling. All without fuss and at a good price. I would always recommend the Helpful Plumber to all my friends.
