If it was possible to list 0, I would do it because the seller has you totally zero contact somewhere, I've been waiting for the package for over a month, I've sent about 10 messages and I haven't received a response to any of them, so stay away from this company because it's handicapped
Mary from “Customer Service” told me that my account was closed. I had thousands of points on this account that I had been accruing for years.
Mary told me that my account was closed because I did not send Helsam an email to keep my account.
I did not receive an email asking if I wanted to keep my account.
I also do not know what functioning company would ask their customers if they want to keep an account Bryan has been active every month for years.
I asked Helsam over both phone and email if they could transfer my points from my old account to a new account that I would open, they ignored all my emails - I emailed 6 times within 1 month.
I called and Mary darted between “you should email the IT department (on the email I had already emailed 6 times)” and “it is not possible to transfer your points”.
She was rude and then she hung up the phone on me.
I have never experienced such diabolical and deranged behaviour coming from what is supposed to be an established company.
Absolutely atrocious operations, customer service, and etiquette.
I would NOT support this company again.
