Bad service
I ordered some goods and didn't get any confirmation letter, plus the goods didn't come after a very long time waiting, so I thought the order didn't go through (it happened a few times before where I just placed the order in the basket without paying for it, so I thought it is the same this time). After some time I forgot about this order and buy the stuff somewhere else. Suddenly after 2 months or so I received the goods delivered at my address, I checked my bank account and saw some money being withdrawn the day before. I wrote to customer service about it, saying there might be some mistakes because I didn't get any confirmation and since it took too long for the stuff to come, I have bought new one. I have been waiting and waiting. No answer still.
The whole thing has been handled poorly, from not having any order confirmation to the good take almost 2 months to arrive and money being withdrawn right before the goods are delivered. If they took the money right when I ordered. At least I would have known that the order got through.
I will never handle on this site again!

I am very sorry for your experience. It all points to the reason, that maybe there is a spelling mistake in the email you have entered. This would explain why you did not get an order confirmation or any updates on your order.
Furthermore, since the order was shipped after two months, it would seem like you have ordered an item which was out of stock. I would assume, that you have overlooked this when you ordered.
I found your order through the informations, that you gave us. I can see, that you have made a spelling mistake in the email. I have tried to send the order confirmation again to the correct email.
Your order was send 2 months after ordering, because of a missing product. I am sorry for the experience.

Good products that are difficult to find elsewhere and happy to see you now offer free delivery to post office box but the box was opened upon receipt which is disconcerting especially for a package with food items😳 I complained to them directly but got no response😞 so thought I would let you know as the supplier.

3 weeks waiting, no money back for missing item
While placing the order, all products on stock. After one week of waiting for the package, the notification 3 products not avaliable. Promised to be delivered in a few days. After additional one week, still 2 products out of stock. One more week and one item out of stock all the time. In total awaiting 3 weeks for products to be shipped. One month after receiving the package, no refund for the missing product. Wrong impression and cannot recommend.

I am sorry that there were one or more ordered products that were not in stock. I am of course sorry for the delivery problems.
Having said that, you can always see the stock status of an item before ordering, by clicking all the way into the product. It is listed right under where you have the option to add the product to the basket. At the same time, it is also possible to see inside the shopping basket under the product itself.
When an item is removed from your order, it is actually pulled out of the purchase. This means that we naturally do not withdraw payment for it. If you check with your bank, you can also see that payment has been adjusted, and we have only withdrawn payment for the items you have received.
The removed product must therefore also be re-ordered if you want it when it is available again.
I apologize for the delivery problems many times, and if you need any further assistance or questions, please let us know.
