This is a very sturdy and well-built product that feels like it is built to last. However, I found that there was virtually no gap between the bag and the styles at the top of the ladder and this made inserting a gloved hand between the bag and the stile a bit more of a challenge, which is not what you need at the top of the ladder. Henchman have kindly agreed to refund this purchase on return to them.

I would have preferred the central divider to be removable, perhaps secured with velcro rather than stitched in, allowing the optional use of a larger central compartment. Perhaps the tabs securing the top of the bag to the ladder uprights could be a tad longer. P.S. It makes a really good underseat bag on easyjet too!
