Definitely the go-to shop for older guns, black powder and shooting stuff! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and interest in the historical side of firearms. As someone with an interest in 19th century British long guns they have been a fantastic source of help and advice and now with my FAC no doubt a regular haunt for supplies.

Always very helpful, and great stock level ,I don't think I have ever been and they didn't have what I was looking for now I have moved to Scotland I don't get chance now to call in and say hello, but I still order online if I see anything I want ,

Warning to other Auction buyers: Our experience with their auction was truly terrible. After winning an item, we received no notification, no invoice, and no confirmation at all. Weeks later, the staff contacted us, falsely claiming we had been “unresponsive”. The tone of the email was full of reproof as if we were avoiding them. Totally exasperating as this was the first communication we received!

When we actually called to pay the bill, they made matters worse by being extremely rude and condescending. We asked to speak with a manager, hoping to clear things up, but she was even worse—rude, dismissive, and instead of resolving the issue, she told us they were cancelling the sale and reporting us to the-saleroom. This was shocking, especially since we were literally on the phone trying to pay.

We’ve been buying at auctions for over 15 years and never once failed to pay or been treated so poorly. Every other auction house has promptly sent an invoice by email or has called us to arrange payment. I checked and our details were correct, so no excuses. It’s incredibly frustrating when the auctioneer is clearly at fault! Maybe they need to reconsider auctioning!

After having decided to start collecting deactivated revolvers from the 19th century and particularly the American Civil War Period I found Henry Krank online. Before I decided to part with any money however I wanted to talk to someone about starting a collection, what to expect regarding deactivated guns, which I knew nothing about and many other subjects which as a novice I knew little about. I have found all of the staff informative and very helpful, always quick to answer emails and very friendly on the phone. I would recommend Henry Krank and its staff to anyone from the beginner collector like me to the experienced collector.

Only had one problem with an item that I purchased they took it back from me without any question and gave me a full refund which I quickly spent on something else.

Hi,
I wrote myself an order for powder, primers and bullets and them emailed the list to Henry Kranks.
Soon receive a confirmation email with a note telling me not to arrive at the shop before 11.00 as the powder is brought to the shop specially.
So, today I made the 40 mile trip to their shop in Pudsey.
On arrival my order was ready to pick up. After paying that is 🙂
Always a very good selection of reloading equipment and consumables and nice to look at all the wonderful things on sale in the shop.
This place is always my first stop for shooting gear.
