I recently received my product from Henryk Studio and also made an unboxing video on youtube. I collect handbags and I own almost all brands. The thing I like about Henryk was that they were very good with helping me choose my product even though I ordered a product which they later themselves told me to change because they had a better suggestion. It almost took 20 days which is a lot of time. I immediately took it to the store to get it verified and am happy with the authenticity. I am only wondering how long they will take to deliver my next order since I have not received a confirmation call after 3 days of placing the order.

I wanted to share my experience with Henry K Studio, a company that ships “luxury” handbags to India, because I suspect they may not be genuine.
1. Customer Service: Their customer service is practically non-existent. They don’t reply to emails, and there’s no number to call. Once they have your money, reaching them is almost impossible.
2. Fake Storefronts: On their website, they list multiple store addresses. I was visiting New York recently and decided to check one of them in person. Turns out, the “store” address near JFK was actually just a warehouse – nothing like a retail location. The other addresses also don’t check out when searched online.
3. Authenticity Concerns: Based on the lack of transparency, the shady store listings, and the terrible support, I have serious doubts about whether the handbags are even authentic. They market themselves as luxury, but nothing about their operations feels legitimate.

If you’re considering buying from Henry K Studio, I’d strongly recommend being cautious. There are far more trustworthy and verifiable places to buy authentic luxury handbags.
