This company embraces unethical practices. While they tell you, you can cancel at anytime, there’s no option to do so. I emailed their support several times. They finally responded, assuring me that my subscription was cancelled. One month later, I see another charge on my account

I was trying to cancel our subscription after the first month and they keep giving me the runaround. Im going to have to cancel my card. I will never order from them again.

You have taken my money £144, no order. I have called your number no answer and have a sent a email.

The delivery is fast, skincare is very easy to use, really recommend 👍

I have to say the service was very fast, ordered and got my products super quick. They have clearly invested time and money to produce some great products. Will definitely use them again and are highly recommended.

Cant fault them. I read the old reviews and was a little apprehensive, but really pleased I took the chance. My order arrived the next day after making the order and they taste amazing! Seeing results in less than a month which is always a bonus, but lets see where this goes. Customer service was very good and I would highly recommend them.

Put my order in on Monday evening and it arrived on Wednesday :) I ordered the shakes, amongst other things, wanted to taste them first, MY GOD! they taste delicious!! Will definitely be ordering these again, got a few Herba points in the bag too.

Great customer service. Product came the very next day from order with a freebie shaker pack ! Taste great and helps me stay in shape. Just started trying the protein shake as well. Great substitute for meals and you control your weight.

Would never order from here again. They took the money for my order £61.39 and then sent me emails saying my order wasn’t successful when in fact the money had come out.

Ignored all of my pervious emails. Sent an apology and said they would send out the items or refund me. Apparently refunded me my money which I’m yet to receive!

Still chasing for my money but my emails are being ignored.

I don’t even want to give them a star.
Cancelled my order as soon as I read the reviews but they still took my money.
I’ve emailed, called and sent direct messages via their webpage and none have been responded to.
I am disgusted as the company is appalling, service is non existent.

I'm leaving a second review as its been 5 days and still no reply from this seller. Worst online experience I have ever had. I am contacting my bank to report this seller for taking my money and also Herbalife. Never had this problem with other distributors. Beware and use other distributors!

Paid for products over a week ago money had come out of my account yet I keep receiving emails to say I haven’t paid so products not despatched. I have sent evidence of my bank statement and have emailed and contacted on website over three times with NO reply!
Ringing alarm bells with me now

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They sent my order to an incorrect address and despite being told that I had not received it and politely requesting they update the address with their courier DPD - they ignore all emails, don't sort out and leave me without an order that I placed over 10 days ago.

The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the delivery time. The products are excellent obviously because they are Herbalife & very good quality. I like to order from herbavida because they give points which adds up to a good discount on further orders which is always great to save money.

Expensive and not a lot if gluten free options
