I placed an order on 26 June and they charged my account on 1 July. I have sent messages both through the contact form on the website as well as to both the email address on their website and the "incidencias" email they have been telling people to write and have received no reply. The website shows the state of my order "pago aceptado." So apparently they are fine with accepting payment and not moving further in any way to fulfill orders. I highly suggest not ordering anything from this company, they appear to be a fraud.

I first rated 1 star because I believed I got scammed, as I waited 2 weeks with no answer from anyone.
After 2 weeks the order has arrived.
I think a better communication with the client would be better as it would feel safer. Anyway, the order has arrived and I happy.

Placed an order and bank took money, but no email confirmation or replies from company. Contacting my bank to report fraud.

I placed an order on the website for more than 100 euros on February 28, and since then I have been waiting for my goods. No one from the support service is responding, and no one is answering my emails either!

This is internet fraud! Don't buy with them! You'll never see your money again

Minus stars!!! I ordered 2x cbd oil for 70 EUR and received 7 kilos of oat!!! This is a f**** joke!!! I want my money back!!!! I hate you!!!!

I ordered at 17th Dec and have not received an email for confirmation and no product until now.

I have ordered never received it, call them no response, email them auto reply said you will receive it we are busy. never received, opened dispute with bank waiting to be processed for getting my money back

probably the worst online shopping experience of my life - 2 months waiting and they shipped the wrong order. now they said they’ll collect it today but they aren’t coming anymore and they changed the date already 3 times to collect their wrong order and my right order hasn’t even been shipped yet. people like this shouldn’t work..

I ordered and the next day the order has been cancelled, they said that they will give me my money back but they didn’t give anything.

My first order has been with one mistake, but they had answered my email very politely and send me the missing items inmediately. I am satisfied with them.
