No gold tipped spark plugs or mansplaining

I have used this company for 5 years--since I moved to Nashville--visit them every 6 months, unless I am having an issue, and have never been disappointed on any visit.
I do and have recommended this company for all auto care needs such as oil change, repairs, etc. My entire family uses and trusts this company. Anyone female will understand when I say I do not get patronized (even when I put a windshield wiper on upside down) or price gouged when I take my vehicle in. If I think I hear a sound or have an issue I tell them and they check it out. If they find something they explain the issue, the options and the price before touching your vehicle. If they do not find anything, they will first try and get more information, if they still do not find anything they tell you they did not find anything--they do not "find" something and charge you.
It is a very practical company--you will not go in for a screech and come out with a $700 dollar auto bill for radiator flushes and gold tipped spark plugs. Ladies, you have been there as I have. Prices are reasonable and they have free coffee, a restroom, and television in the waiting area if you want to wait.
There will be a bit of a wait if you wait--they are busy. Plan for about an hour and a half for basic auto needs such as oil change, batteries, etc. You do not have to wait, most people drop off their vehicle and leave. I stay and talk to Susan behind the desk. She is super nice and funny.
