There was NO APPEAL, LETTER OR CALL from you. And this forced me to write to you on social networks, write to your e-mail. Where you reacted somehow. I am not writing about your product. It was damaged, but you replaced it. But the service, maintenance, answering calls - left a bad impression of the company and the people who work there. I sincerely wish you to improve it.!!!
