Ordering was simple, chair delivered very timely and it arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.
On another possible order I reached out to the company via email inquiring about fabrics - the email was responded to the very next day. This company, that provides very good quality and fashionable furniture, has certainly gained my trust.

I am updating my review to reflect the recent customer service provided by Hernest. I am giving them 5 stars because after learning that my cabinet doors were misaligned, they offered me a reasonable amount to assist with my repair, and I truly appreciate the effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Missing parts and disappointment of to resolving missing screws

Ordering bathroom vanities online can be tricky. Hernest developed a really easy website to navigate, really good photographs and descriptions of furniture, extremely attentive customer service and delivery service of your purchase. As much online purchasing that we do, dealing with a company like Hernest is a pleasure.

The dresser in person looks beautiful but I’m really disappointed in the quality of how the drawers close. That’s the reason for my 3 star review. 3 out of 5 of them don’t close seamlessly and I am a bit of a perfectionist so it really irritates me. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 5 stars.

Great cabinet for our dining room. White glove delivery was perfect. Love the design and it is very well built.

One cabinet door hinge installed incorrectly causing the lower part of door to stick out 1/2 more than the other. This will require me to remove hinge and fill holes and re-drill door hinge. Other than that it’s ok for the money. Was planning on buying matching side bar, but because of door hinge we won’t be buying it.

Hernest not only provided me with a beautiful, quality table but had excellent and thoughtful customer service. The original table had a crack that I missed on first inspection. I noticed it over a month later and reached out not sure they would even help me . They sent me a brand new table to replace it. I’m very pleased.

We LOVE the table and chairs. Fit perfectly in our lake house. Delivery was slow and delayed. However employee assistance was terrific!

Sideboards are beautiful, no regrets, great quality, solid furniture. One of the hinges was broke on one door and customer service resolved the problem adequately, just wasn’t a fan of the length of time it took to resolve since it was all through email. Other than that and the length of time for shipping 3 months) everything was great.

This was my first purchase from Hernest, so I was a little skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transaction was. I purchased a media console which was delivered exactly on-time and fully assembled. There was no need for the white glove service, which saved money.
The console is absolutely beautiful, impressive quality, and large enough to hold every vinyl record and dvd I own. It is sturdy and very attractive in my family room. It truly transformed the room. Customer service was great, they credited me $50 toward my purchase since I was a new customer. I highly recommend Hernest and will definitely purchase other pieces of furniture from them.

This is a gorgeous piece that appears way more expensive than it is. The stone tabletop looks like marble. Be aware that it comes in a wooden crate, so you’ll have a lot of packing materials to dispose of after, but it’s worth it once assembled!

I bought a coffee table and it arrived in perfect condition and was packed well. We love it and the quality is great, too!

The table has two small chips in it. I didn’t report this because to wrap the table up for a return is just too much.
