Taken their web hosting service for last 2 months and seems lot of issues with there server (lot of downtime), IP block issues etc. Also looks like it is one man army and do not have a full fledged support team. The only solace is whenever there was any issue got a quick response from that person.

They are not helping the buyer even though they don't have any customer support number to seek instant help. I am getting error 403, and no one can speak to why it is happening. Even a simple file is not being seen on the website.
