The transfer from ABQ to the rental car center was very quick and easy. Once at Hertz, the car was ready and waiting - no line, no waiting - just get in and go! Couldn't be any easier, a very pleasant experience.

Generally I would say it would be a five star. The customer service is really good very helpful. Unfortunately when I rented and being a part of presidential circle there very few choices to pick from small cars or tiny SUVs and I was given the option to pay more for an upgraded car little disappointed. Person that I asked in the office outside didn't even get up was just sitting on the chair like no big deal I think we as customers deserve a little bit more attention than just sitting on your chair with somebody walks in.

Service and car were good.

As a Gold member I recieve confirming communications and am directed to proceed to the Gold board but my name is never on the board. Why is that?

Everything worked like clockwork! Upon arrival, I found my name listed on the Gold Board, instructing me to select any care in the President's Circle. The car was clean to my satisfaction. When I returned the car, I was met by an attendant who checked the car and then told me the cost for the 4 days. No trouble at all. The car performed as expected. I love Hertz.

Hertz is the only company I have chosen for many years.They are friendly and they make it easy to get on with my itinerary without any long interruptions. Everything is so easy. The car we had this time was sonfuel efficient, one tank lasted our entire rental and many miles! They have the car reserved for us when we get there, we only have to walk up to our space and commence our trip plans. Thank you, Hertz!
