DONT RENT FROM THEM!
I’m more than upset! I’ve been trying for almost 3 weeks to get my refund from hertz and they take like 5 days or longer to even reply back. I rented a car from them through uber and the car broke down only on my 2nd day with it and I had to sleep in the car in a dangerous part of town till the tow truck came the next day. They are trying to charge me $336 for a car I had for 2 days!!! Don’t rent from this place! Not only that but the manager on coors in Albuquerque EMILY smilied at me the entire time I was crying. They are a horrible business! DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ!! I have evidence of everything as well.

This Hertz location is running a scam
This Hertz location is running a scam - I have never received a rental car with less than a full tank of gas - when I pick this one up it had 3/4 of a tank - and I was told to bring it back with 3/4 of a tank - they never told me the exact amount of gas in the car. When I returned it they charged me a fuel refilling fee because I was below what the car had in it when I took it - I asked them how I was supposed to know the exact amount if they never told me and they just said that it was low so they had to charge me the fee. I am reporting this business to the New Mexico Attorney Generals Office for fraudulent business practices
