I was so pleased that the young lady that served me was attentive to my needs & she took the time to explain to why could not extend my rental. Then she canceled my rental & wrote up a contract for me to sign off on with the original card that I wanted to use!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
