POOR PERFORMANCE...but not a surprise.
the location is critically understaffed. I arrived an hour past my rental start time and the office was closed. A sign said was "out doing a drop off" and would be back in an hour. I was dropped off at the location and had no means to leave the lot. Thankfully my rental was left unlocked so I sat in the car until the agents returned....over an hour later. The car was dirty, had half a tank of gas and smelled like an ashtray. I've had the experience multiple times from this location so it's no surprise. I'd go else where but there is a convenience factor. However, that may change. Note...the service agent that helped me was professional and courteous. She's new...and hopefully will stay.

It seems Hertz corporate has changed up car classes on their app. I made the mistake of booking a very tight 7 passenger suv. On a long holiday weekend and very few cars, the team was able to quickly get me in a car that was going to work for me. As always this Hertz was able to exceed expectations.
