Customer service is run by bots and AI
I rented a small SUV (big enough for 5 people). At pick up I was upgraded to a larger SUV (with a third row). The counter team at Bangor was great. It's a small airport so service is always friendly and quick.
I needed to extend the rental and it was impossible to reach a human using the app or call in number. I finally posted a note on X/Twitter and got a what I needed. It's really frustrating to have to essentially shame a company online to get what you need.

Great customer service at Bangor Airport. I was able to change my car and be on my way in minutes.
