I was greeted and assisted by all of the employees. Both pick up and drop off were efficient. There were several customers there both times, but that didn't prevent the employees from being kind, patient, and keeping things moving along. I only gave it a 4 because the car still had some sand in it from a drop off. I was told about the sand and I accepted the car anyway. No problem.
