Never rent with Hertz

Picking the car up was easy and the car was clean and all was fine. I returned the car on time with a full tank of gas. Then all hell broke loose. I was over charged by $700 because Hertz said the car was returned 10/10 to Minneapolis. I actually retuned the car to Bismarck on 10/8 and caught a flight to Chicago then to Charlotte. I have been finding to get refunded and it hasn’t been easy. I did get a refund but I still think I’m overcharged. I have been requesting an updated receipt with no luck.
