I picked up a car that had a terrible…
I picked up a car that had a terrible odor and had a dent on left rear and no one was around to witness when I returned car in Ohare airport. So they say it is my fault and I contest it.

Unpleasant at best
The first person that I spoke with was not pleasant at all. In fact my experiences with Hertz have become less enjoyable over the last few years.
