Stay away
Stay away! This location has no idea what they are doing. Despite a reservation, they not only did not have my car, they had no cars for anybody in line. And there was no transparency about this until I was in line for well over an hour. After voicing my extreme dissatisfaction, they admitted they had one premium car, which they did give me but I was charged the premium rate. Despite my feedback to Hertz there has been no attempt at repairing the relationship. Hertz is absolute crap. I am never using this company again.

Great experience with Hertz!
I had a great experience with Hertz! I rented a Nissan Pathfinder and absolutely loved it—it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and drove beautifully. The entire rental process was smooth and easy, from pickup to drop-off. I really appreciated the helpful reminders as my return time approached. When I realized I needed more time, I received a message with the option to extend my rental, and the process was incredibly quick and easy. Great communication and an stress-free experience overall. I would definitely rent with Hertz again!
