Staff member who looked after me was very professional and other members also were very helpful in giving me the right information and making my wait time at Hertz pleasant.

Roadside would only offer wrecker from my location to the rental center as a repair. I had to ask if I could take it to a tire shop and pay for the repairs. The tire was covered with a voucher, but not the damaged rim. This was not much help to a stranded renter.

I rent frequently from Hertz, and as a President Circle member, I feel I pay a premium.The last several times I rented from Hertz, I have been disappointed. I got a vehicle with 125,000 miles on it that was worn out and tired on the interior.
My next rental: they couldn’t locate me to assign a car, so they sent me back to the desk when the security gate rose and lifted my car off the ground. My last rental in Dallas‑Fort Worth was delayed by 25 minutes because they had trouble assigning the car.I was disappointed that, after contacting Hertz each time, I never heard back.

The Hertz agents were courteous and helpful in identifying the area for me to choose my vehicle! They answered my questions promptly and professionally. My vehicle was clean and functioned with no problems.

There were no cars left in Presidental row but a dozen cars marked as Reserved. Did get a car in 15 mins. Can I reserve cars?

The convenience of picking up and dropping off as far greater than I would have ever expected

Exceptional Customer Service - there were only 2 men grabbing cars from the car wash directly to the line of customers. They kept us informed and provided waters while we waited. 10/10

Everything was good with my rental. It was available at the time required, everything worked on the vehicle, and I didn't have any issues dropping it off at the end of my rental.

Great, easy, and quick

It was easy to reserve a car, but they didn't have any when I arrived to pick mine up. We were told to stand under an awning and wait. Whatever car arrived next was the one we got. I got something similar to my reservation but was offered a large pickup, which I did not want. The staff was as helpful as they could be since it was out of their control.

I am a President's Circle member and they always make the rental process easy and hassle-free.

The vehicle was ready to go when I arrived at the facility but the vehicle was not properly cleaned. We found moldy foods under the seats and used stockings. It was absolutely disgusting 🤮

The experience both with pick up and drop off was very professional and swift and the staff was extremely nice.
