Great service, we got exactly what we ordered,
Only issue was they immediately take money for loads of insurance without telling you or telling you what it is, then try to upsell you on even more insurance that looks covered already…
Friendly service. Car clean and in great working order. Assisted us with getting a cab to our hotel when we turned car in early. Much appreciated!
Pricing reflected did not include hidden fees and deposits ($5K because I had 3rd party collision damage through Allianz insurance) told to us upon arrival and left us very little choice. I will not rent with them again - sad. Go with Sixt, they have a much better operation.
