Thieves - bad business - lies - and corruption!

They are the shadiest gaggle of thieves I have ever encountered in my life - this company should not be allowed to operate its that bad! They stole a grand out of my account after my uber rental through them at Saint Paul uber pick up station was towed. Originally towed for being “unreported stolen” then after I sent a demand letter to hertz CEO it was reclassified as “abandoned I can only assume because it shifted financial responsibility to me being abandoned where if it was reported stolen it laid with hertz - just one of many conveniences this company pull out of their sleeves. I just paid my week contact that day it was towed and was told I would get a reimbursement for that week and a new car within 48 hours - that was a lie and when I called over the weekend was told no it would take 7 days to do a report and fix everything- also a lie - because what they were doing interned was charging me for an additional week for a vehicle I didn’t even have as I waited for them to fulfill their promise! Left me .82 cents in my bank account and now my checking account is closed and I have no bank currently. To boot - they fraudulently charged me a couple hundred bucks to fuel it - when I filled the tank the day before it was towed and it had 375 miles on the gas gage! So they just tack whatever charges they want and don’t expect you to fight them. They got it wrong with me - because I am suing them because the loss of the transportation cost me my regular full time state licensed position. So I am saying them for 20 grand 19k of 6 months worth of lost wages and the grand they stole from my account! And I have made sure I ah e a paper trail of what time I parked at 10 am - it being towed at 11 am and my phone records for April showing that at 11:09 am I called hertz the police hertz again the police - uber then hertz again - they are trying to say they charged me because they were not informed the car was even towed until a week and a half later! Feeling shady liars and yes my phone records also show me calling them 48 hours later to inquire where my new vehicle was so I could get to work (3 hours later bus ride or 30 minute drive however even if I took the first bus at 4:22 am I’m still 45 minutes later to work so the car was essential and they knew this) what they didn’t know is that it was a state licensed position - lol. Idiots! I have them by the you know what and I am filing small claims on the third of next month! Wish me luck and turn around and walk away from this company at all costs - or it will cost you trust me!
