We ordered a Sedan and we got an suv. It was difficult to park and it used a lot more gas than what we were planning on. I have bersitus on my left hip and it was absolutely killing me all weekend trying to climb up into the suv. We should not have to just take whatever is available when what we order is a Sedan.

Hertz gas charge robbery
While picking up our car in Gilroy I confirmed with the agent that the car's fuel level was 6/8, not full.
I filled up the car's gas immediately to full, purchasing about 3 gallons of fuel. When I returned the car the next day at SFO, after driving less than 80 miles, the gauge was showing the tank being about 7/8 full which should be sufficient and more than it was when I picked the car.
Yet I have been charged for

FUEL & SERVICE $ 13.58 X Gallons Charged 2 F $ 26.89
