Reserved a vehicle and prepaid. Arrived at Hertz. They didn’t have the vehicle. They said then give me another an extra $10 a day. Had no choice as I needed the rental. Not cool, Hertz. Not cool at all.

Need more rental agents assisting
I disliked how often I’ve gone to this sight and the single female employee is attempting to service everyone, alone. She’s even been seen having to work her desk and clean/check cars before releasing them. After long periods alone make employees show up to finally manage the next of several waiting customers.
I called the service line for simple assistance and was referred to the very busy rental office. Glad I wasn’t in any trouble.

I requested a rental about a week prior to picking up. Also I requested a specific vehicle type. On the scheduled day I arrived to pickup the rental. As promised the vehicle I requested was waiting for me. The staff was extremely courteous. My experience was excellent.
