The vehicle smelled terribly of smoke and I had to spend money on air fresheners, cabin filters, etc, I immediately reached out to customer care and they told me to proceed with the trip and they would make it right. Upon my return I was told I didn't contact roadside which I wasn't told to do and was offered a laughable amount of points. I will no longer be using Hertz as this was less about the money and more about the lack of care and support that was promised.
