Hello, my name is Mechelle Stevens This is my first time doing a survey or are you guys but I really have to in the team at 2120 Louisiana for an excellent job and customer service they always take care of me any vehicle I reserve they have made it available for me to have I live in North Houston and I passed several different locations just to drive downtown to conduct my business with this branch only I have to get better with getting their names but I definitely know their faces and they know mines

Meh…
I liked that Hertz was the least expensive, and that I was able to utilize my AAA membership.
I didn’t like that I had to take a humongous Pathfinder instead of the tiny Spark I requested. Tons more gas!
I also didn’t like that they tried to charge me $30 for not filling the tank. Got that taken care of right away. Ann/Ana was efficient about that, I’m sure Hertz makes a bundle on people who don’t follow-up.

The people at the location were great - courteous, friendly and respectful. What I had the problem with is that I had rented a midsize car and when I arrived at the location I was advised they didn't have what I rented and the only thing available would be an upgrade. Obviously I needed a rental so I agreed. I have rented cars all over and have never paid for the upgrade when what I requested wasn't available, Very disappointing....
