I wish somebody would answer the phone!
I was broke down with a flat tire rather a completely shredded tire that I personally replaced because no one would answer the phone and the service department. I called 10 times on three different phone numbers waited 10 to 20 minutes each time on hold and got no answers at all. After the 10th phone call, I went ahead and paid for the new tire myself out of my pocket, not utilizing their insurance and have not and will not be getting reimbursed. I don’t appreciate the lack of service that I received from Hertz. I don’t even understand if it is worth getting the insurance if they aren’t going to answer to help out anyway.
