Their customer service was excellent and we were very pleased with the car we received which we took on a 14 day road trip. We have a new car but we rented and we put 2600 miles on the rental, which was a great value and very comfortable luxury car. Molly was awesome in every detail of our rental experience.

I’ve rented cars for past 6 months as a Gold Member. I the points were never applied to my account by the former staff members at the Las Vegas locations. I have spent at least $5000.00 or more in rental fees and can’t seem to get an adjustment or help. I entered the many receipts by computer but was informed the days didn’t line up I need someone to take a moment to look up my info and please make adjustments so I can receive my points. Please find some one to look up my receipts and add them up. I am still in need of rentals but want bonus points as well
