Time and fuel discrepancy issues
Time:
It took me about an hour to get the rental car. There was only one person (second person came in much later) and about 5-6 customers all waiting.
Fuel Charge discrepancy:
Car was picked up with 70 -80% gas but it was documented it was full, attendant Greg ( fyi I specifically asked his name for this reason), notified me gas was not full but he would note it in my rental notes which he never did. He also told me to take a picture of gauge which I did.
When I returned the car, it was returned at exactly same level maybe more and I was still charged.
And what made the experience worse, I took time and went back into the location to correct it and was told it’s over 24 hours so they can’t fix it and submit a request. Now I have to spend even more time submitting a request for reimbursement which I am not sure how long it will take.
