Good ending to a rough start!
We completed our transaction through Expedia for a very good price when we arrived at the counter and got to the car it was a 20/20 Hyundai it was not pleasantly scented the seats were badly stained it was simply regardless of the price I just think that there is a way to disclose that you would be receiving a subpar I'm vehicle I'm a used vehicle and the price isn't telling of that so at any rate once we determined that this was the case of the young lady at the counter was able to get us a different car so happened a car was being turned in right as we were going through this through this discovery so we were able to take the car that was just being checked back in which was a 2026 and it was in great condition so overall it was a decent experience because our issue was able to be resolved

Renting from the Westin location was…
Renting from the Westin location was the best decision I have made. There was no line at pick up or drop off. Pick up took less than 5 minutes and drop off was even faster. The employee working was nice and helpful.

It is cheaper than renting a car at LAX. It's only 15 minutes out of the airport. You can take a shuttle to the hotel it is located in.

Hertz staff is like Family! The ease of arrival as well as the holding area was fantastic. The sales person who helped me was an experienced person in car rental and was able to assist me with adjusting some of my preferences to accommodate my needs.
