Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They to their best to help you with what they have. Always make your booking more than 2 business days to help give the staff time to find your vehicle. Be patient as they get a lot of people who don't seem to understand the rental process. Do your research online before going in as well, hertz does a good job of answering questions regarding rentals on the website.
This is one of the easiest locations in the city to rent from. The staff is great, convenient location, car ready and waiting.
