Easy pick up, clear communication, excellent choices

Walked directly to our car and drove away. At the end, pulled up and walked to the terminal. Simple.

The young gentleman at the Hertz counter was fantastic. It was so stressful that day and he stayed calm and professional for the few hours (yes, hours Hertz!!) until a vehicle was ready. There were a lot of us waiting, and he stayed positive and personal throughout. I was I remembered his name…I do remember he knew who Patsy Cline was and is a fan ; )

Below average experience. As a President Circle member booked a mid size SUV for a family of 4. At pickup there were no SUVs left, had to wait 60mins with round kids to get a smaller SUV after running around asking staff who were busy driving the cars, which when finally someone helped and brought us a small SUV didn’t fit everything for a family of 4 and the car was quite dirty. Then check out took 15mins as there was a hold on the car for some reason. There was no staff around to help or service. I travel and use Hertz a lot this was by far the worst experience. Will avoid this location.

I'm really mad now because I gave you all this info in the first survey and nobody even apologized. Go see my first survey to see why I was upset. Bottom line is that my name was not on the list upstairs even though I had email confirmation. The person there said sorry, it must be your credit card....go wait in the 30 minute to hour line. He would not double check for me. I went back downstairs and thankfully after fifteen minutes they asked if there were any gold members in line. I came up quickly and the woman apologized for the mistake and got me the car. But the whole process was terrible.

This rental was easy from start to finish...easy to pick up and return.

There were no cars in the President’s Club area that were even close to what I paid for. I prepaid for an SUV and ended up with a Nissan Sentra. No attendants in the area. No one to assist.

Hertz is the only rental car company that I use and have used for many years. Because I am tall (6'5"), I prefer a large size SUV (ideally a GMC/Chev Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban, etc.). It is irritating to try to make a reservation on line, to be informed that none of those vehicle options are available only to see them in the garage/lot on arrival.

I ordered a car with hand controls and they didn't have it. They said they could get it the next day. Good thing I had someone with me who could drive without it. If I had been traveling alone it would have been disastrous.

The board that displays reservations with names was not working and there was no attendant working the desk. I only knew to pickup my vehicle from President’s Circle because of my status, but for anyone else, they would not have known which stall their car was reserved in.

Everything went well. Only thing that could have been better was to have a larger selection available in the President's Choice area!
