Easy Pick-Up and Drop-Off
We picked up our car at the Hertz location in Mission Viejo. The price was very affordable and had no hidden fees or unnecessary extra charges. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and informative with all of the charges and what to expect when we drop off the vehicle. It was a 2023 Kia K5 and the car was very clean inside and was mechanically sound. We had no issues with the car at all. We had the car for 3 days and dropped it off at John Wayne Airport. The drop off was very easy. The signs clearly indicated where to take the car. We just parked the car underground in the parking garage and left the keys in the vehicle for the guys working the parking garage. I had my receipt before I even got to TSA (within 10 minutes). I will definitely rent from them again when we visit LA.
