Car was in great condition. The customer service representatives were rude in pretending they did not know the location of the car I rented. They were also giving another customer a hard time, as he reported the car he rented was displaying a trouble message.
This is by far the best Hertz location I've ever rented at, and I have done quite a few rentals. The manager is amazing and reached out to me when he saw that my plane was going to be delayed and assured me that the rental car will be waiting for me as well as making sure I was happy with my return refund because I returned it one day early
