Truly disappointed with lack of correcting the rental record!
Truly disappointed because my actual rental was fine but a rental that is not mine has been associated with my son's name & my email address. The person the rental belongs to keeps getting an extension of the vehicle now for the 3rd time & I keep getting notified about a rental that should not be in my son's name & have my email address attached to it. I have reached out to the Hertz Office @ AAA in Montgomery with store manager Raven on several occasions but she has not resolved the issue. So as of today, I also sent an email to the Area Manager named Marcus @ Hertz. I truly hope somebody will care enough to make this right. I returned my rental when I was supposed to so no other car should be associated with my son or me.
